O domingo do Spring Bank Holiday começou com sol mas com o passar do dia o sol foi fugindo, ainda assim aproveitamos o dia em Seaford.
Seaford fica entre Brigton e Eastbourne e a 1h35 de Maidenhead de carro.
Subimos o cliff e caminhamos pela reserva natural, descemos e caminhamos até ao centro da cidade para almoçar. Café na esplanada, apanhar pedras e voltar. Um sitio sem grandes confusões, pacato, ideal para relaxar. A praia não é de areia macia mas o mar esse sim, calminho e convida entrar.

The town of Seaford is a quiet seaside resort in East Sussex, U.K. It is located on the foot of the South Downs, a range of hills stretching from Winchester to Eastbourne. It is a great place to have a break.
The town is a small resort, which plenty of visitors, many of whom will enjoy the town itself, and the nearby countryside, notably the famous Seven Sisters.
For many, the main attraction in Seaford is the beach. This has an obvious attraction in the summer, when the sea reaches temperatures up to 20 degrees Celsius. Visitors have the benefit of parking right next to the beach and for free.
For those who like to get out-and-about walking there is plenty of hills to climb, as Seaford is situated at the foot of a hill range called the South Downs. The Seven Sisters Country Park is just around the corner.
